To get to the top devotees can climb the steps all the way from the bottom of the hill or take the
car by road. Climbing countless steps to reach the temple is a bit arduous one and devotees normally do it without any hesitation with intermittent rest and relaxation. The road on the hill is doted with lots of trees for the comforts of the devotees. From the top of the hill, one can enjoy a breath-taking view of the surrounding areas.
The temple collapsed on 6th August 1990 mainly because of ageing. The reconstruction began on 8th February 1992. The temple is restored back to old glory and charm. Thanks to the keen interest taken by the Bihar government and donation from ardent devotees.
